i found the staff very efficient they quickly assisted with luggage storage before check-in i felt very accommodated. the room had fresh towels daily and the cleaning service was thorough it definitely met my expectations. the location was great i could easily walk to the main square and there were lots of cafes nearby i really enjoyed that. i appreciated the tasty breakfast each morning it was a good start to the day.

the tea and coffee weren't replenished in my room and i noticed there was no milk provided for tea which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff were attentive and helpful . They readily provided information about local attractions. I appreciated the luggage storage service on my departure day, it allowed me to explore the area without any encumbrances. The room and bathroom were exceedingly clean.

The coffee provided in the room wasn't my favorite. It would be good to see more variety.

the room was very large and spacious , the beds were comfortable , even though the bath's placement in the middle of the bedroom felt odd since i didn't use it. the shower worked well , and the room was cleaned daily.

I really disliked the connecting door between my room and the next . The acoustic insulation was terrible. i could hear every word from the neighboring room. this was especially problematic given how noisy those neighbors were. also , there were no slippers in the room , and i found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable.
