staff got our room ready before the official check-in time. a cleaning lady came daily and vacuumed our room. i found that the staff provides assistance with transfers and extending our stay, convenient.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many attractions and public transportation.

The room was smaller than expected. There was hardly any space to move around with my luggage, and the limited storage options were annoying. I really wished there had been a proper wardrobe instead of just a few hangers.
